Do not stalk your ex via telephone, texting, email or by following him or her everywhere they go. Most of these things are illegal and are downright creepy to boot. Again, these behaviors will only make your ex glad to be rid of you. You have to show that you are mature enough to move on and accept that you are no longer with your former lover.

Even if you are depressed, you cannot let your appearance go. Take the time to make yourself look good before you go out. You need to continue on the way you did while you were dating your ex. Keep yourself looking fresh and gorgeous.

These are just a few important steps that you need to take in order to get back your ex. You can get yourex backbut it takes time and patience. It will not happen over night and you need to live your life while you attempt to get your ex back.
